International Shopping Terms – Customs Duties and Goods Return Policy

To ensure that you receive your ordered items smoothly and to avoid any unnecessary issues or disputes related to customs, we would like to clearly explain the responsibility and handling of customs duties and potential returns during international shipping. 1. Responsibility for Customs Duties
1.1 According to international practices and relevant laws and regulations, when your purchased goods arrive at the destination country's customs, you may be required to pay import duties, value-added tax, and other possible fees (hereinafter referred to as "customs duties"). The collection standards and amounts of these duties are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country based on their national customs regulations and factors such as the nature and value of the goods. Our store is unable to foresee or intervene in the specific customs duty amounts.
1.2 As the recipient and importer of the goods, you are responsible for paying the corresponding customs duties in a timely manner as required by the customs authorities of the destination country to ensure that the goods are cleared through customs and delivered to you. When customs notifies you to pay the duties, please cooperate promptly and complete the payment procedures to avoid delays, returns, or additional costs and risks resulting from overdue payments.
2. Goods Return and Processing
2.1 If you fail to pay the duties as required by customs, or if for other personal reasons the goods cannot clear customs in the destination country, the goods may be returned to China. In this case, we will make every effort to assist you in communicating and coordinating with customs and logistics carriers. However, please note that all return-related costs (including but not limited to logistics fees, prepaid customs duties, possible storage fees, etc.) will be borne by you.
2.2 Once the goods are returned to China, we will contact you within 15 working days after receiving the returned goods to confirm your preferred course of action. You may choose one of the following options:
- Re-pay for the goods and related shipping fees (including the cost of re-shipping and any estimated customs duties), and we will arrange the reshipping of the goods upon receipt of payment. However, we cannot guarantee that the goods will clear customs smoothly upon reshipping, and any resulting customs duties will still need to be paid by you according to the customs requirements.
- Cancel the purchase of the goods. After deducting reasonable expenses incurred in processing this order (including but not limited to the initial shipping cost, customs handling fees, return shipping costs, and potential depreciation in the value of the goods due to the return), we will refund the remaining amount to you. Please note that the refund process may be delayed due to international payment and banking procedures. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
3. Important Reminders
3.1 To avoid unnecessary trouble and losses due to customs issues, we recommend that you fully understand the customs policies and import regulations of the destination country before purchasing the goods, ensuring that the items you are buying comply with local laws and regulations. If you have any doubts about the legality of importing the goods, it is advisable to consult the local customs authorities or a professional customs broker before placing your order.
3.2 We suggest that you provide accurate, complete, and valid contact and address information during the shopping process so that customs and logistics carriers can promptly reach you regarding duty payment and goods clearance. If your provided information is inaccurate or incomplete, resulting in failure to deliver the goods or a return, the corresponding responsibility and costs will also be borne by you.
